A key worker scheme of 9, one and two bedroomed flats within a total development of 42 flats. All are sold on a Sharebuy basis with initial purchases of 25%, 40% and 50%.

Comprises 32 Sharebuy, one and two bedroom flats for local people in housing need. The scheme is a mixed use development of 130 flats including some live/work units and retail/commercial space. All these homes are sold. Three staircasing purchases to 100% ownership have been completed.
Prospect Place, Cardiff
25 one and two bedroom flats for Sharebuy or Fixed Equity sale with nomination arrangements agreed with Cardiff City Council. This is part of a large scheme of over 900 studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments and it is important to note that this affordable provision relates to a recent increase in overall numbers not the scheme as a whole. 24 properties have been purchased with 11 bought on a Sharebuy basis and 13 on a Fixed Equity basis.
Lavender Fields, Hitchin
A 168 home mixed tenure scheme with Bellway Housing Trust selling 11, one and two bedroom flats on a Sharebuy basis and subject to agreed broad allocation criteria. Howard Cottage Society, a Registered Social Landlord, has taken 19, two and three bedroom houses and 12 one bedroom flats for social rent funded by grant from North Hertfordshire District Council. All 11 Sharebuy home are occupied with initial purchases at 50%.
Braganza Way, Chelmsford
A scheme which includes three houses and six flats sold on a Sharebuy basis by Bellway Housing Trust. Chelmer Housing Partnership is providing a further twelve flats and houses for shared ownership sale and social renting. Nominations have been received from Chelmsford Borough Council and all of the Trust homes are sold.
High Street, Rochester
This development of one and two bedroom flats plus two commercial units includes eight flats for Sharebuy sale. As agreed with Medway Council, purchasers have been sought through the local Homebuy Agent as well as our own advertising. The three remaining properties will be occupied in immediate future.
The Orchards, Vigo Lane, Birtley
This site, near Chester Le Street, will provide 15 houses for Homebuy purchasers. The local Council nominated potential purchasers and the site has, in addition, been advertised. Occupations started in July 2008.

This scheme offers two and three bedroom houses on a Homebuy basis and occupations commenced at the end of July 2008.
Bishops Keep, Farnham
This project will provide 27 one and two bedroom flats for sale on a Sharebuy basis to essential local workers and others in housing need. Occupation of the first phase commenced in July 2008.
Stag lane, Berkhamsted
This scheme provides 12 two bedroom flats for sale on a Sharebuy basis. Occupations occurred in July 2008. William Sutton Housing Trust is providing houses and flats for social rent on the same development.
